Most of what holds us back from achieving out goals are our mental scrips we got as kids.
I was inspired to record a video and discuss my thoughts this past Friday when we had free food at work.
In this video I talk about how the mental scripts that we got when we were younger may not serve us well as we get older and have different goals we want to achieve.
As usual, please let me know in the comments how you felt, if you agree, disagree, or just give me a like to let me know you enjoyed it!
What is the difference between being annoying and charming?
I had a discussion with a friend the other day about the concept of Creepy vs Romantic.
The idea is that there is a very thin line between the two. The only thing that separates whether or not you see someone’s actions as “creepy” or “romantic” is whether or not you like that person back.
The same concept applies to “annoying” and “charming” in my opinion.
Just to add on to what I say in the video, I think this self-awareness could also help when you come across to other people. Its good to know whether or not you’re coming across as charming or annoying to the people around you.
This is easy if you know whether or not they like you, haha.

Tips to help you move forward when you’re facing a loss or need to move past a relationship.
I was chatting with a friend last week who recently got out of a serious relationship and we had a good conversation on what helps with getting over a breakup.
Getting over a relationship or any sort of loss can be very challenging, but there are definitely healthy ways to get through it.
I recently went through a tough breakup earlier this year and had similar insights on the process of moving forward.
Best dating advice compilation from 3 top books on relationships, attraction, and seduction.
The theme of the month for October was “Dating, Attraction, and Relationships“, so I decided to choose three of the top books I could find on these subjects.
The goal was by the end of it, I could analyze the common themes among the books and synthesize a high-level guide for anyone currently in the dating scene, or maybe just feeling like they need some advice on how to navigate relationships.
We all know that this can be one of the most emotionally exhausting parts of our life so it’s good to get some insights from people who may have way more expertise than us in these areas.
When I was younger, I thought people could only be “cool” or “smart”.
But then I wanted to bridge that gap and be both at the same time.
Now, I realize that cool isn’t about not caring or about being smart. It’s about being self-confident in who you are, knowing yourself, and being unapologetically you.
Do you agree! Let me know in the comments! I respond to all of them 🙂
