In the book The One Thing by Gary Keller, the author says that “Success isn’t a controlled marathon of discipline, but actually a short race or a sprint, fueled by discipline just long enough for habit to kick in.” Success is sequential, not simultaneous.
The way to achieve your goals is to habit stack over time so that you don’t require motivation or willpower to make progress on your vision.
